This 200 unit job is an excellent example of the power of timber frame. The client has asked us to create a mix of affordable, rental and houses for sale. This project will span 25 months and will mean we have to deliver 8 units per month for the project duration.

Our initial talks with FrameTech began with dissecting their quotation and specification to ensure that it included all of the items we wanted from a timber frame supplier, the details that FrameTech supplied were exactly what we needed.

We have an aggressive programme on Altcar Lane which FrameTech have had no issue in keeping up with, we receive regular visits from their contracts managers to ensure that the site is going smoothly and any issues that pop up are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

We are working with FrameTech across multiple sites as we have found them very easily to deal with, they supply a quality timber frame kit and service.
