For this project of 10 Bungalows, standard timber frame package was required using I joists and EWT-1 for party walls. There were 2 sets of semi detatched, 2 detached with a terraced block of 4.
There were some initial challenges at design stage when the client specified something that went against timber frame guidance but with our vast knowledge of the industry and any design limitations we were able to rectify the problem quickly and ensure the design was compliant, and more to the point still what the client wanted.
